I would like to be the first to congratulate our new U21 manager PH-Cezzz! Hopefully with him at the helm our U21 team will reclaim its lost glory!

Salamat sa pagbati Lolo Smithz at salamat sa lahat ng bumoto sa akin. Sisikapin kong ibalik ang dating tagumpay ng ating U21 team at sana sa partisipasyon ng ating komunidad, sabay sabay nating iangat ang bandera ng Pilipinas.

Sa ngayon ay nagscoscout pa ako ng mga batang manlalaro para sa ating koponan. Magpopost lang ako ng mga updates pagkalipas ng ilang oras. Habang humahanap pa ako ng mga manlalaro, bubuhayin ko muna ang forum na to sa pamamagitan ng paghanap ng mga volunteers para maging staff ng ating koponan. Ito ang aking mga kelangan:

PR-Managers
Scouts (kailangan ito ngayon dahil hindi na updated ang bb-stats NT Scouter)
Mentors (18yo,19yo,20yo)

Sino gustong magvolunteer? :)

We are currently placed in Pool A with Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lubnan, U.A.E.. Easy targets would be Lubnan and UAE, Nippon and Kazakhstan are okay, Singapore and Taiwan are the teams to beat this tournament. Especially Taiwan who has good guards than us.

Assistant mo nlng muna ako cezzz para mahinog na sa susunod na U21 elections :) Tactics ang pag-usapan natin sa offsite forum :)

sige sige.. :) salamat.. sa ngayon, nagpapatulong pa ako sa mga ibang magagaling managers na pumili what's best for the team.. Kung nagtataka kau na wala pang players, don't worry, by sunday night or monday morning, makukumpleto na lahat.. I'll post the lineup soon and also the possible call ups..

Hello mga kababayan!


Sorry for being silent these days, busy kasi sa scouting ang pagmemessage sa mga managers.


Luckily, nasa POOL A tayo with Taiwan, Lubnan, Kazakhstan, U.A.E, Singapore at Nippon. Taiwan is the only team to beat here, and expect a good fight with Singapore.

Swerte natin na hindi natin nakasama sa Pool ang China, Australia, Iran at Hong Kong which are the Asian powerhouses as of now.


Here is our schedule:


11/14/2011 7:00:00 PM Lubnan U21 vs Philippines U21

This will be an easy game for us since naguumpisa pa lang bumangon ang Lubnan. They have a 44k Center and a 23k Guard. The rest is below 20k na. Expect a win in this game.


11/21/2011 7:00:00 PM Philippines U21 vs Kazakhstan U21

Kazakhstan may have better Point Guards in terms of salary kumpara sa atin but ang mga Centers nila ay medyo mahina.

Another team na hindi dapat magworry, they have only 2 players who is in 5-digit salary. Expect a nice win here.

As i said earlier, expect a good fight here. Hindi pa nila nirerecruit ang 2 high salaried PG nila. Maybe ang mga skills nun ay hindi nagmeet sa U21 standards or maybe isusurprise nila ang next nilang makakalaban.

Another team na kapantay lang ng Lubnan. only 37k Center at 26k Guard ang expected na dadala ng team. Expect win in this.

The team to beat in this Pool. As you can see sa roster nila dun, yung guard na 55k lang pinapakita. But with the help of my scouts, they have 2 70k+ Centers who is in par with our best Centers. We're no match against their guards pero since matagal pa ang laban na ito, makakapantay rin tayo nyan someday since I asked the managers of our guards in the team to train more OD.




I hope we will have a great run in our bracket and hopefully, we will survive this round. Go Pilipinas!
