gotta say, without Gab I probably wouldn't have much interest in the old BB.

btw check out Many Men up in div II.4. sitting 4th with a 7-5 record. pity his arena was so small at the start of the season. only now will he be making the good money with his arena now at 12k

Shame I didn't have my stadium in order when I promoted, I've dropped a bit over 1 million on it so far this season and pretty much fill it every game, must be the promotion bonus helping attendance. You should take advantage of that, I missed my chance to milk it fully.
I'm now banking around $160k a week with the same roster I had here, $208k salary. Slowly improving the $$ situation.

You guys will be fine when you promote (I'm liking the look of Beasts again, but it'll be an interesting playoff series), there are a few teams that smash us, but outside that I've been pretty competitive, just have to pick the home games to play normal and TIE on the ones you cant win, I've had a couple of surprising wins so hoping I'll stay up. So far so good.

you are doing a great job. your training seems to be paying off.

as long as you are making the dosh now. you should be able to stay up and make good on it next season

Brett I am only doing $10,000 a week of scouting but I may not spend it and just hang on to the points and randomly get a $1,000,000 player like Neeber! :0

Therug I was amazed how colse you got to the Beasts, if you had TIEd me and CTd him you may have actually won. This game seems to often be about matchups. There will be teams your team will do well against and others that will spank you. You just need to learn who. But I love your attitude!

Rad sorry to hear that. Everyone says what an amazing manager you are and how well you run your team and now you have a NT player. You also are fun to talk/spar with. You would be a big loss to the game. I wish I was waiting for sensational news, but I am just hoping for a prolific event.

Bjones it looks like you are doing a fantastic job. There are about 4 incredible teams in your league but after them you are probably as good as any and are going to catch them once you get your arena fixed up. At least we can feel like if we can win this division we will be competitive in division II. The 3.6 guys keep on saying how their league is so much stronger than ours.

sorry to hear what?
I'm all good mate, thanks for the compliments tho. :)
I was just suggesting, that my current team, without the likes of he Great Wall, would be pretty boring and almost depressing haha. But Gab more than makes up for it. And I don't plan on him being my last NT player either.
I enjoy the training and development aspect of this game.
I might just have to fork out for an exceptional trainer or something.

Bjones, glad to hear you're kicking arse and taking names up in D2 mate. was never in doubt.
unlike Donnyb (if he's reading this) who took the cowards way out. ;)

Wall is good, but will still need a lot of work to dominate U21s...

Triple wondrous is only just sufficient... and he's not there yet =)

Always do what is best for your team, not nation.

but of course....

tho doing what's best for the nation is what's REALLY keeping my interest
so my team is kind of relying on Gab Wall...

oh the twists and turns of BB management.

Wow guess I should pack my bags and TIE our game, ~90k in salaries in 2 guys in close succession.. Not going to give you that easy run though, I need to see where I will stand against the highest(??) priced team.. Oh, and sadly enough for those fools like me that spent all there draft points for a big fat nothing, Neebs guy when I was comparing salary and potential was selling for 1.5-2M :(

If the III.6 guys are soo much stronger than us, we should prove them wrong.. Thinking maybe we can tee up with them to have an equivilent ranked team in our league and conference play that in theres, see match up the top four on each side and see who comes away with the most wins???
