Do OD to sensational, then do passing and handeling to at least profalic,

Of course you have, you have there a u21 player. He has nice secondaries and his primary are very nice. I would train OD for the rest of the season which should give you 2 more pops and then decide if you want a PG or a SG

Train OD to sensational,(level 12) Then if you want to train SG do JR for 3/4 of next season, and passing for the rest of that. The do JS

I bought this guy today, it might potentially be my best trainee since his length and potential. But the question rises how to form him? What should be his traininggoal? It's no problem to bear a high salary. But I don't know how much JR and JS should be trained related to his PS and OD. Please give some thoughts.

Training 1on1 seems quite appealing for a start. Other then that it depends if you want SG or PG. Look at him I'd he is a PG but he will still need loads of JS and JR training. I would also leave training passing for late on.
