again i reply , this problem has not been fixed as i lost income because of the bug , income that will keep me from going bankrupt how is it fair that i lose income from a bug and you claim you have fixed it ?

We lost money too. Around ~90k that would have been very important income for my club.

Unfortunately it was a bug that created this problem...the only way to fix it was on a go forward basis.

exactly it was a bug , therefore for the bug to be fixed we need the attendence and money we should of got.

its not even remotely fair for you guys to fix the cause and ignore the effect

You do understand that there may be no way for them to know who had their ticket prices set on time before the last ticket price update. Therefore, they would not be able to re-calculate what revenues might have been. Yes, it stinks terribly that some are losing out on the income, but if there is no way to know that a manager had their income changes in, there is no way to know.

Another variable to consider, if there is a change in ticket prices, there is a change in attendance. All those would need to be recalculated and all those records updated as well. This may not seem 'fair', but it is a much larger issue that just recalculating revenues at a 'new' ticket price.

regardless if its a bigger issue or not , the fair thing to do is to fix the whole problem , not just the cause.

theres a good chance ill go bankrupt because of this.
i had a plan to get me out of bankruptcy , which now most likely will not work.

as for them not knowing , everything has to be saved on the server , its there somewhere it just means some work to fix the whole problem.

having paid for supporter a few times now , with the last being for the next year , im quite pissed .

they have admitted there was a problem , a bug , fixed it , yet done nothing about the effect of the bug.

to me that is not good enough.

dont get me wrong buzzerbeater is a great game , i love it , but how this is being dealt with is leaving a very sour taste in my mouth.

also if it was your team going bankrupt and they cut upwards of 30k off of your income because of a bug i bet you would be here fighting for the right outcome.

Unfortunately we cannot fix this problem retroactively. There is basically no way to recalculate the attendance with other ticket prices using the same variables as the ones that were used at the first time, let alone the problems in finding the affected teams.

As much as we want to offer a better solution, the best we can do is accept the situation. All teams that earned extra money, keep their extra money, all teams that lost extra money, lose their extra money. I'm sorry to hear your in the last category, but really if we could fix it, we would.

My ticket prices were not changed aswell. Pretty bad as I build a big amount of additional seats. Additionally I watched one game today. Dunno if I ever want to watch again with the scrimmage obvious bugs still not fixed. BAD!

Will we have another chance to change our price for this month again?
I have set low price before Saturday, but the system raised the price on Sunday...
Same problem happened to some team in my country as I know.
