You can't play TIE in scrimmages at all.

Playing TIE in league games and cup games will raise enthusiasm by 33%.
Playing CT in league games and cup games will lower enthusiasm by 50%.
Playing Normal will not affect enthusiasm, but every day the enthusiasm will naturally move back towards 5.
The further away the enthusiasm is from 5 the bigger the leap back to 5 will be each day.

During playoffs this all changes.

you CAN'T play tie in scrimmages and you can have only one scrimmage per week (two scrimmages if you are not in playoffs or relegation playoffs). you have to choose witch games you can tie and witch not. your GS is bad. you have to manage better minutes of players. for scrimmage just buy some players for 1k to fill roster and rest players that don't need more minutes. after game fire players that you did buy from TL to not pay they salaries.

if you think that you have to win to get your ent up it is not true. if you play tie your ent will go up no matter did you win or lose.

train stamina during weeks with only one (or no) non-scrimmage game. It's the best time fpr doing so.

The point being, in those weeks it's harder to get training since there are less games; but stamina and FTs are trained even without training minutes.

Minutes in scrimmages count to training too, it´s better train any ability every week and stamina, ft or game shape when you only play 2 matches a week like allstar game week and at postseason.

ok, you are missing something in here.
1. what is relax? there is only tie, normal and CT (crunch time). in scrimmages you can only play normal.
2. training stamina has nothing to do with the GS.. you can train stamina but it will not increase your GS, only stamina. they will still have bad GS.
