easy i think ft trains 50% per training and age and mins dont affect it so in 1 season he should get 7 pops -> prolific

maybe -10% with the new rules but still at least prominant

I think age affects FTs...when I was training FTs, my rookies and 22-23y olds popped every second week, while my 28-32 year olds popped every three weeks.

if age affects it how come 36 year old guys still pop in free throws and stamina like spring chickens?

just jump on the tl and look at guys age 38+ and see what their top stats are

but i also have a 38yo myself and guess what?

proficient ft, next best stat is average stamina

So it's safe to assume JS training speed for 25 y old is around 0,17 - 0,18 per week...that's pretty slow
