Stunning Loss

The Pitbulls were shocked by the Gilmer Buckeyes in a game that came down to the final minutes. The 112-120 loss for the Pitbulls made them 1-1 in their first season in IV.58. The Pitbulls lost the battle on the boards by 6 which was a crucial part of their fall. A rare sighting was the Pitbulls not having a double digit rebounder. But Ben Terrell did have a double double with 11 points, 10 assists. When Ben Terrell was praised on his game by a reporter he responded with this comment " What game? My stats aren't important to me at all. I just always want to make sure the team gets the W." The Pitbulls let the 27 year old french man Xavier Vidal run all over them with 30 points. James Calahan had this to say in the post game interview " We obviously didn't come prepared to play defense today. Thats something we are going to have to do if we want to win games or even make the playoffs. David Parilla did step up to Calahan calling him out earlier on tuesday with 23 points and 8 rebounds. Soler Turmo did have 22 points before fouling out as a result of the "Let them play" tactic. New Pitbull

The Pitbulls have locked up a 25 year old SG named David Maggiani for $104,100. The argentinian had this to say " I'm excited to be here in San Diego to play for a competitive team. I feel that i have a very important role on this team and i'm pumped."
Rumour has it Maggiani provides an excellent jumper and average defense. GM John Wilson made this comment on Maggiani " We're excited to have David on our team, He will provide some much needed depth for our team."

Put out the blaze

The Pitbulls defeated the Blazing Ninjas today 99-86. The new guy David Maggiani had 15 points in 26 minutes in the 13 point win. Maggiani added this comment after the game " It was great to win my first game in the Pitbull's white and red. I think i could get used to life in San Diego." Andrade contributed another dominant performance with 27 points and 16 rebounds.Ben Terrell had only 5 points but also added 11 assists and 7 rebounds. David Parilla had a terrible shooting night going 2-12 from the field. Coach James Calahan had this comment on the Pitbull's performance " We played lockdown defense and we also passed the ball much better. I think we had about 10 more assists but, our rebounding was okay." We'll all look forward to seeing our Pitbulls take on the Yard Dawgs at their stadium.

PS I'm expanding 1339 seats with my 400k. I'm now going to get to 6500, just 1500 to go!

Nice expansion. I played normal in my game. I think my arena is at 6800 so yours is about as good as mine

I hope to get to 7500-8000 by next season........It says it'll be completed in about 11 days, but round it to 13-14....I'll go up 6509 seats.

I need to get my arena around 8k
