(3036) Interestingly, for those who are interested in career longevity, only 2 of the 10 players who had court time in the season 6 consolation final have retired, and one of those was 39 when he played his last game!

The others are still crashin the boards', running the court, lighting up the net - and earning 5-figure salaries, 31k in Eric John's case!

Nice!, Last game of the regular season coming up tomorrow, come out and watch us go for that 4th win against Malta.

Going forward with scrimmages after the Malta game we are looking to run a slightly younger lineup to test out some of our younger guys. So be on the lookout for the future!

Woohoo, 4-3, 4th place, not too bad at all. Not sure why exactly Malta was saving enthusiasm for their scrimmages, but whatever. Also congrats to SREZ for picking up win #5 with the U21 team, should be enough to get to the knockout round.

Scrimmage today is running a lot of our younger guys to see what they can do, I have to leave at halftime, but go check it out.

I think it went ok, Andrews played a lot more than I expected, not sure why MacKenzie wasn't in there.

But the young guns all looked good to me, Bains/Gascoigne/Simpson all looked pretty much ready for the big leagues out there. The forwards obviously have a bit further to go, but Marshall and Andrews looked solid too. Get excited for the future folks!

And just wondering if anyone would be interested in me putting the U21 stat list back together, and doing one for the NT too? Don't worry I've found a much more efficient way to get it done now :P

an NT stat list would be awesome.

Also, kick SREZ's ass and make sure he organises U21 scrimmages.

Mmk, And I've been trying to get after him some, hopefully he gets more responsive. Though as of last update we are still in the consolation tourney with the #31 seed.

Doh, that no show confused me. Yes, he definitely needs to set a lineup for a competitive game!!!

We're dropping down the rankings :-(

We had a somewhat strange game today against Belgium, in that we both decided to run a bit different of lineup. (21781) It obviously worked out ok for us as the backcourt duo of Sharpling/Reeves proved to have too much firepower for them.

Also just wondering since I'm guessing that SREZ isn't running again, is anyone planning on running for U21 manager? If anyone prominent is planning on running I could start looking through some of our guys so they can know what we'll have coming up next season.
