Hello all,

I recently purchased one of your 18 year old players. I was just wondering if I could get any advise from some of the more experienced managers on how I should go about his training...

Two reasons: I know you won't screw him up royally or waste him, and you're not in my league. ;)

You should ask femit. He is the U21 coach.

I would give him some 1v1 Guards training until his HA/DR is at sensational or tremendous. Then I would also train his OD to wondrous, since this is the lowest level of OD the U21 will take.

Due to the depth of players we have that can play for the U21, your player may not make the cut. Good luck.

You should join the off-site! That way you can see yourself how your player stacks up to the talent that's out there now.

Could this guy be good enough to be anything for the U21 team? I doubt it cause he's got star potential, but you never know.
