That was the case for the S24/25 draft, but for some retarded reason this rule was reverted for the S25/26 draft. The weird thing is that I don't think the devs told us about this change, or the change back...

However, even if the bots do draft, the initial ordering of players in a draft class is different from team to team, and seems to be almost completely random, so duksie's chances of getting him would be 11/16 at worst.

Id say you have a really good chance of getting him.

If you scour the higher leagues draft history, you will see that most teams get their first preference in the first round.

The lowest preference ive personally received in the first round is 4th pick.

So yer, it would be extremely unlucky if you didnt get that guy as your first pick.

it could still happen though and there are no guarantee's.

Bots pick 100% at random. You have the best record so will have the last pick in the first round. Therefore there is a 15/48 chance that you will not get him or roughly a 2/3 chance that you will.
