As got the 5th thing IMO they should of made it
bottom 2 auto and then side with next worse record also auto.

Then the team with worse record out of the 5th place sides take that sides place in relegation games. Would allow 9 teams to be safe 100% and still open up an extra spot for promotion.

I still think 18 team leagues would be perfect really...

- 3 divisions of 6 teams each. Play teams in your division twice and the other 12 teams once for a 22 game season.

- Place 1st in your division and get a guaranteed top three seed in the championship play-offs. Place 6th, and get auto-relegated.

- Out of the 12 teams ranked 2nd-5th in their division, the best five W-L records fill out the remaining spots in the championship play-off, and the worst four enter the relegation play-off.

This also either gives the devs a reason to rework the failing all-star game set-up we currently have. I'd go with a more interactive system where the game splits the teams up into two groups of nine (equal strength groups if possible), and each manager nominates their best player to send to the game. The game then picks three extra players from each group (and auto-picks for anyone who failed to nominate) to complete the 12-man rosters. Then you play the game in the current GE instead of that outdated version the ASG uses.

Absolute cracker of a 3rd game, tied at 3 quarter time and a final term that was really competitive. Well done to West Coast Eagles, I foresee you dominating the ABBL with a team like that if you can hold their salaries, and a relatively young team too, especially for key players.

I wont be able to handle playing against either of my guards that I have trained since 18yrs of age, please don't anybody in the ABBL buy them, it would break me.

Ah man I feel your pain...parting ways with your franchise player that you raised since an 18 year old rookie. It's sad to see both Ryan Mac and Chris Gingut depart their home teams.

The silver lining is that WCE picked up Mac, so it looks like he's on his way for another championship run next season!

Good luck WCE, and well done to both teams!

WHY DOES SCULLY GET 31 OUT OF 32 FIRST PLACE VOTES BB? HE'S FAR FROM THE ONLY PLAYER WHO PUT UP BIG NUMBERS THIS SEASON!

interesting. No problem with him winning it, the stats were much closer than that though. The players we mentioned were all there though.

I'm sick of seeing BB give the PF's and C's get too much credit for standing around and catching rebounds though... every time I think the other positions may have a chance at taking it, the system ruins it. Cicvaric got screwed out of an MVP award in season 36 because of this stupid system (Melmeth got it instead and that was his 2nd in a row).

Not sure how Hamburger got the only other first place vote though, Maverick's stats were clearly better yet he ended up 5th behind McMillan and Fizazi, the latter of whom I hadn't even considered...

When you said you weren't going to let mac go for less then 1.5 I did not bother staying around for his finish. Would of paid more then the 900k he went for :(

I certainly was not happy with the prices. I bid on them with the intent to buy back but settled after a while. It was 300k cheaper to my account to sell them last night.

I did warn you that McMillan would go for a bag of chips due to age ;).

Draft order is locked in so now I can mention the big 5/5 A+ 18yo carrot that awaits probably not myself since surely one of the first 7 picks has scouted him... the question now is who.
