okay! Round 1! I just thought I would do this again this season, because you seem to enjoy it! (For the new people tinydantzler, Hank Taylor, lukasabrhm, That One Guy and frankmiler this is a thread where I just post the results of everyone in the league, just to cheer each other on. Last year googily made it to the quarters.)

Last season our (D.II's record was:
Round 1: 15-1 (Elim: Turkey Sandwiches)
Round 2: 15-0. Everyone wins. Everyone advances. Enjoy your 50k.
Round 3: 13-2 (Elim: BMG, Red Fort)
Round 4: 11-2 (Elim: Deronimo, WsuCougies)
Round 5: 7-4 (elim: Blue Crazys, Green Flash, THE BIG BUCKS, PackerBackers)
Round 6: 5-2 (Elim: Unstoppables, Rice Eaters)
Round 7: 3-2 (Elim: Libburn Luchadors, Gladiators)
Round 8: 3-0 (elim: none)
Round 9: 1-2 (Elim: DC and Osceola)
Round 10: 0-1 (Elim: Googily)
73-16! The average round people got to was: 6.18!

Well, Libburn got screwed in the first round (yes!) and deicidals got a tough matchup for a first round game. There are fewer bots this year, so there were more human match ups. (Last year I didn't face a human till round 3)

Next round The Fish that Saved Pittsburgh got screwed! (yes!) The top two teams in my conference are going to lose the extra enthusiasim another round will bring! Wait a minute. TFTSP is a former NBBA team. Can they handle their former league mates? Probably so.

I made it! Though, I forgot to mention that my opponent was never a former league mate--he was newly promoted. Anyway, here's to a better draw. I look forward to the next roundup.

Well, I expected at least one loss this week, but not THE BIG BUCKS. They fell this week in a huge upset to a DIV team. TFTSP won over an NBBA team (who was NOT a former leaguemate) in a legit victory (15056319)
In other news I continue to be mystified why I am having my worst season ever, despite putting up better ratings.

An easy week for us, only two challengin matchups, but Unstoppables and Wsu should be able to handle them. A lot of bots, considering its the round of 1024. Lets see if we can get 14 teams to the round of 512. (But if I'm the only one I won't mind)

A monster week in which every one won, although admittedly against pretty week competition. Welcome to the top 512!

Round 4

This round looks much more challenging with matchups from 4 of the 5 divisions in the US ( luckily not the NBBA.) Historically DII has been pretty good against the other DIIs but can newcomer Raleigh carry on the tradition? For that matter can DC overcome a former NBBA team? Some good DIII teams have made it this far as well as one bot! Lucky, enjoy your luck while it lasts Unstoppables. Then again you did play like 5 DII and DIII teams last year. I'm enjoying what will most likely be a ride to the round of 256. Hope to see you there! (But if you aren't, I won't complain, cause this will be less work for me to do!)
