I bought this guy today, it might potentially be my best trainee since his length and potential. But the question rises how to form him? What should be his traininggoal? It's no problem to bear a high salary. But I don't know how much JR and JS should be trained related to his PS and OD. Please give some thoughts.

Training 1on1 seems quite appealing for a start. Other then that it depends if you want SG or PG. Look at him I'd he is a PG but he will still need loads of JS and JR training. I would also leave training passing for late on.
