1. clear rule; don't have your highest salary player start in the game. They can backup if they don't have enough minutes though. That's a good point.

2. The scrimmage team must field at least 6 players.

Now need some more ideas.........

Ok I think we should be required to start our back-ups.(anyone not in your starting 5) Then, you can have your starters back-up. Only if you want to.( Not required)

If you break the rule, it should be a forfeit.

We recommend you give your trainees the minutes in these games.

Must accept scrimmage. if not both teams are given a loss unless one team can prove they challenged... I.E. everyone posts on a thread that they challenged/accepted their appointed scrimmage.

agreed or atleast top 3 or 4 salary players. we should also go by the honors system and anyone who repeatingly and knowingly breaks the honors system is kicked out

we should make conferences... we could also span the league through more than one season

Edit: ill have more rules like tomorrow or sometime so dont worry. im sure we will get input from other managers

wait, to make it fair to D5ers, any player that's over 18k salary can't start for D4ers. Now, for D5ers, their highest salaried player; (I assume it's between a 16-18k guy) can't start niether. I want to make the league a fair shot to get everyone to win. Ok, let me see...........um..........Maybe we can't do the ""Depth Chart until 4th"" tactic in the substitutions section. I played that once and in the 4th all my starters came in (this was a cup match) so that can be another rule to make things fair.....nor Let Coach Decide.

The D IV. conference, and the D V. conference. That keeps it even. As long as we have the same number of D V. and D IV. teams.

Ok sounds good. How many back-ups do you have? Cause I have 8, not including denis comhaire. Cause I don't wanna waste him.
