I think he only goof'd on defense..his PG actually had a good matchup rating. I dont think it would have mattered though, an outside zone likely doesnt change the result of a blowout win.

Well done Mike, gl next week! Torooo is prob the worst matchup for you, maybe best to avoid him in the semi's.

On offense too. Against Heathens you have to pick an attack, not just spread the attack strength in a PTB. What happens then? His outside attack gets swallowed whole, and his inside attack is now only slightly higher than Heathen's ID - instead of having a higher advantage if he went LI or LP.

Heathen's only weakness (you could say general attack, but his outside attack has actually gained some skill this season) is his inside defense, you gotta attack that and hope for the best.

I'm not saying it's guaranteed to work, just saying it will work more often than a safe spread the offense around choice.

I wonder how much the OD's effectiveness is boosted by guards in BB generally having lower passing skills. If guards had PA skill as high as they get trained up in JS maybe that make a significant improvement in neutralizing that level of outisde def, at least allowing for a more effective inside attack.

But both you and Ice scored enough points to win at home. It was your inability to stop his offense that lost you the game.

Now how he scores over 70 points a game against good defense I'll never know.
