1. We are nowhere near the top 3. It was proven in last world cup in games against Finland and Hong Kong (and we had max enth).

"proven" ???

We used less effort and lost by 7 against Hong Kong. We also used a dreadful offence (21 missed threes). We were also without Hall and Hudgins due to awful gameshape. Combine the horrendous offence we used with the personnel we were without (2 of our only 3 inside iso players) and that's proof that we were better than Hong Kong. We stood a 100% chance of winning with an inside offence. Even if we didn't nail both GDP, I think we were better than them.

Against Finland we didn't have Hall at all and had overall much worse GS (Hudgins, etc). With Hall at SF, Stronks at guard, and Hudgins splitting time at both positions, that changes things. Um, also, their listed guards scored 54 points in 83 minutes. There's no way that's reasonable. Stronks never scores like that -- and if he did, he and Hudgins would be an unstoppable tandem at PG and SG in their own right.

France, we throw that game out the window. They hit GDP and used more effort, we missed GDP. We had no Hall or Hudgins. I think France was the worst team in the group.

We only won by 13 against Czech Republic. It wasn't that small a margin for any reason other than luck. They scored better than they should've against our insane defence. Not a good game to dissect.

Well, Finland is hardly a world beater, but in a game in which we had better enthusiasm, same effort, used same tactics and same GDP, we lost by 11 (wasnt really close). Of course, GS and lack of Hall had something to do with it. Its possible we could win with both of those not being the case but would be close game nevertheless.

And again, you wouldnt rate Finland as top 3 in the world would you?
Plus, when we were talking about player skills you were shocked that other NTs think that in order for a player to be suitable for NT, they need 130-140 skills. We just dont have talent like that, and although we are pretty good given our userbase, we are not close to top 3 in the world.

You also have to remember that our best players are on the decline without having worthy (equal or better) replacement and it will continue in next season (world cup season).

2 2 week injuries for Stronks and Hansen. Not a good news at all.

Called up Chacon.

Many thanks to the owner of Hudgins, who is proving that player at 28 years old still can train very effectively. I think its 4 pops this season already, showing that NT players can easily (and should) be trained up to 30 years old. Just 3 more pops and he will be at 140!

Two more guards called up. Paraguay is a decent team, and Stronks is injured.
So right now 14 roster spots are taken. That leaves us with 4 more spots. I would like to keep 2 of them free in case of multiple injuries or players needing to be saved.

So 2 more callups can be made before Uruguay game. Any suggestions?
I am considering players like
Jolly
Spadaro
Bradshaw
Lachance
MacIndeor

Not sure if I forgot about anyone

I really think Kearin, Arsenault, Hackett, Main, and that other young guy are better than Lachance if he's your top call-up.

Paraguay is really bad do I don't quite understand the Getsko call-up.
