An International PL "Russia Open Cup" starts its 2nd season on 25th of June after pilot season among only Russian teams! Everyone is welcome whose supporter is renewed till at least 25th of September! 1st Division - 1 league, 2nd Division - 3 leagues. Each winner removes one of 3 teams with the worst record.
