OD to tremendous.... passing to proficient/prominent..... Iwould then train IS to prominent/tremendous, and driving to tremendous.

Experience: atrocious

I'm thinking of selling Vald because I really don't like his passing = =

the other two players have problems with JS so I can fix that on shot. Maybe look for another trainee with bad JS

1st and 3rd is like good 19 age drafted prospects. second one... he looks good, but i would rather had passing at respectable and strong skills instead of his proficient ones.

I would be without compromise on bringing up core PG skills: OD, PS, HD until he can play back up PG in neutral or inside offense. (12+ skill level). Then JS and 1 on 1, when JS level approaches JR, I would from time to time add in a week of JR.
