Is she the same one who always happens to be living within 3kms of you regardless of where you happen to be in the world?

Can we have the mercy law introduced for tonights semi Windies v HA?

If its not enough that the Windies salary is around 635K v my 320K, with the inclusion of Thad Hadley into the Australian team he now has 5 international players v my 0.

I suggest then when he gets a 20 points lead up his team should stay behind the three point line so as to allow my team a chance to bring the ball up the court.

Congrats to Windies and Greeno.

In a league where 4 Managers have been to the ABBL before, there are 2 less experienced but very skillful managers who have made the championship playoff series.

Good luck to you both

Definitely an impressive effort by Windies to put themselves in a position where ABBL looks a certainty. Hadn't really looked threatening before this season and then exploded. Very well managed!

Good luck to both teams, though I think Northcote's injury could be a big factor in the outcome of this one (yes I am joking). ;-)

Big off season move by Avalon Jets by forking out the 1.129 or so mill for the 113K a week Aussie 23 yo MVP Runciman.

Pretty ominous having such a PG passing the ball to the 108K a week centre Siggy Jolly.

im very interested to see how CBG will use Siggy this next season.

Im not sure if he was training all last season - maybe training DR for forwards, or even maybe JR for Wingmen. But Siggy only shot above 50% twice (at quick glance) whenever he played SF, and hardly shot a 3pt shot all season. So he is certainly more of a rebounding presence than anything else.

interested to see what his salary goes to after the off-season processing, that will be give an indication as to whether or not CBG trained him at all this season - and in what...

If Avalon Jets is spending 220K a week on Jolly and Runciman and had staff salaries of 40K per week, then in theory they can only afford to spend around 240K a week on the rest of the roster, without dipping into their cup winnings or accumulated funds.

hypothetically 2x60K + 3x20 + 6x10 =240 would give them 13 players

Edit

Another 520K purchase this time of a 91K a week SG

3 players combined salary of 310K, assuming staff salaries are 40K per week this would in theory mean they could afford 150K for the rest of their roster without dipping into their cup winnings or accumulated funds.

It might take a bit of shuffling for them to get a manageable roster
