No that's not the point. I meant that when you set your target for players, you can list them as playmakers, wingmen and post players. Because I've found that's the easiest classification :-D

it's easy to set targets for two roles: SG's and C's. They are mostly dependent on a short subset of key skills, and you can better focus on them.

About PG's you have a quite more complex combination of skills, so it is not unlikely that an U21 PG could float between PG and SG (Scalambrieri did), depending on his development path. So, although my own team succeeded with three PG's on the field (I do think it is a great performance multiplier), I could decide to have even a so-called SG on the field (may be missing one level in PA to be back to PG classification, but great in R&G in the case).

About PF's, you should consider the effect of JS and OD. However, in this case too you could fluctuate between C and PF classification: you could decide to anticipate ID and RB to have better primaries (may with 4/5 in OD and JS), then push shooting to increase both IS and JS and have your PF.

About SF's, well, there are too many variables to set values right now, as I don't know how SF are considered by Malaysian trainers. In Italy elections 20% of posts are about "ideal" SF!

If I would bet, I would expect to them too an increase of salary of about 30-40% for top 4-5 players, however this is a tricky comparison.

Lisanti you mean?

he gave full freedom to his dark side, leaving his Mr Hyde free to kill!

simply, fouled out (as hundreds of other players) having played 47min 45sec in the first match of the season, against a solid opponent, in a day where the whole team underperformed. bad boy! Can you remember Detroit Pistons in 80's? They would be scared!!!

however, you can see how he is now (on sale, skills are visible). They (including decimals) are a careful balancing around is almost-hit potential. He has also a +1 OD, a natural tendence to be fouly (see first seasons), but a very effective PG in my last few seasons. I am selling him as I need to add higher potential players better characterized as SG and with higher potential to try to survive in the most competitive II series conference in Italy

Lol he doesn't seem to bad last season. Maybe the guy he matched up against was a guy with pretty weak physical attribute... Either it still looks cool to get the first in the wolrd rankings :-D

it is the first time ever I have a top-of-world ranked player!!

it was a crazy match (look MR's vs actual shooting %). And this is was the best result ^^ Not a great season, a deep review of roster is ongoing, it is somehow expected, although not so match (too bad conference). And Lisanti was probably upset with me, who knows? ;)

apart of joking, he was a pillar of my last promotion, but this time failed, overwhelmed with the team. He will have a new chance next Thu in Cup

Getting this thread back to its intended nature...debating on the selection of U-21 coach.

As always I am an ardent supporter of home talent. Two reasons really. First and foremost to allow our home talents opportunities to grow within the BB community. And secondly more selfish, my nationalistic tendencies. I remember back in Season 3 when most of the veterans (Spaz, TerFu, Ginakia, PJ Reds, KMC RA, Too Cool and a few others) started playing BB in a serious manner, we had a foreign NT ie. Iniessa (but he disappeared) to lead our national cause. The following season I ended up as NT for a term and I had to take a crash course in the finer aspects of the game. And it helped my development and understanding of the game a whole lot. After me, there was Spaz then Ahmoi. And I really see that there's a lot of others that can easily take up the rein, and these bunch of people are locals. So we do not lack talented and committed locals that can easily manage either our NT or U-21.

The excitement and commitment level in our local community has continued to increase season after season. In comparison to Hattrick in which I am currently the U-20 coach, I see a lot more enthusiasm here in BB than in HT! And that bodes well for the continuous development of our national teams. TerFu has in no small part played a huge role in this (as can be seen from his postings and ever presence in the forum). No disrespect intended to the foreign candidates, but for the benefit of our local BB community I am trumpeting the need for more local managers to come forth and stand for future elections. Do not be afraid or feel inferior in terms of game knowledge. Just know that if you are ever elected, your knowledge will only increase and you will be a better manager in BB. So for now, I'm putting my money behind TerFu for continuation.

Good luck to all the candidates! Malaysia Boleh!
