we always use normal in our U21 because of the fact that our coach is not always active.. we are right now regretting that we pick our GM to be our U21 coach.. Good coaching you got there in your U21 team and i gained some interest in coaching your U21 team but only 50%. I can teach you a better system of guiding and training the youths. If you would let me run in your U21 election next season i would take you as assistant and build a coaching staff. ;)

TBH I think Calvin and his team are doing a spot-on job at the moment. They're keeping great track of the eligible players and keeping communication lines open with the coaches. I guess we'll see if he wants to continue next season, but I would expect him to have the full support of the community if he does.

Why would he go from U21 coach to assistant coach? ;)

For him to learn i think? ;)

I would respect if Calvin would like to continue coaching.. I am just opening my door if he would like to be an assistant coach if he would not run for the elections.

I am just saying this to give this community some ideas not to make them noobs but to make this community better and stronger.

Just lending my hand for a better future. ;)

No disrespect but you've been in BB since season 13 and your only promotion was part of a bot-clean-up. I would think you could probably learn from Calvin.

I appreciate your interest to get involved and help out the Scottish U21 NT though. Please feel free to run in the next election.

I know that my since season 13 would be an issue. But the truth is I been since Season 5 my earlier team was Trailblazers United but because of personal reasons i quitted buzzerbeater.com and gave my team to a friend since season 11.

And honestly why would i be a NT STAFF of our country if i wouldn't have the required experience?

I agree that it doesn't matter as a member of the assistant staff, scouting players etc. But when I comes to tactics and picking the right players for the right schemes, I feel that winning experience does matter.

But as I said, please run next season, and everyone will give you the time of day to state your case. :D

First of all, your interest is "only 50%" and we need fully devoted and motivated people to maintain the progress here in Scotland.

Secondly, how can you say "I can teach you a better system of guiding and training youths" if you aren't familiar with the one we're using right now? :)

Thirdly, I have a few friends that have been managers of U21 teams much bigger than Scotland and have won the highest leagues of those countries as well so I really do have someone to learn from already. In addition to that, our current NT manager Calum has tons of experience and has already proven himself to be a capable manager and I'm always open to his advice.

Then again you said you quit because of personal reasons in the past which shows that it's likely to happen again so that's a little risky as well.

I'd be happy to see some competition in the elections so you're welcome to join but I'm not willing to leave a project which has been developing for 2 seasons and hand it over to a guy I don't even know so I would have to reject your offer.

Then there it is.. :) I respect your decision. I wish this community the best in developing their youth.

I see a bright future ahead in Scotland and believe that Calvin Harris is really making a good impact in this community.
I just think one of this days Scotland will not require any more help outside their country for they will be dangerous in the next up-coming seasons. No offense to Calum.

For now, I would focus on our NT team on new strategies of our up-coming matches to make a statement that our newly styled game is something to watch out internationally.

Till next time..

Nz
