interesting. in the cup i would be more wary of using it, unless all i wanted from the season was a cup run, in that case i could sacrifice the league matches for a little extra in the cup.

do i listen to the U21 coach that has delivered the best U21 season in a while...

or last seasons favorite who cracked after playing POCT in round 1 totally unnecessarily.....

tough choice..

In division III, it sure works. Some of you have ridiculously easy Div III's (not this one..)

Do it in division II or ABBL, and it's a death note for the next 2 weeks.

If you TIE all season, with the odd sprinkle of normal here and there, you'll maintain enthusiasm of around 10 all season.

To go from 5 through to 10 again without a cup game can take a while...

And honestly, ABBL teams will always win the cup. Unless they really mess up (which they really shouldn't...)

For me it depends on what your goals are for the season. Say i was in Div.2 and was aiming to avoid automatic relegation because i think i can beat the teams that will finish 6 & 7 in the other conference, it would be worth using once or twice.

if i was playing the team that i might finish above of in my conference, and had a very hard schedule afterwards consisting of the top 4 teams. then the CT to get that important win against that other battling team is very viable imo. because no matter your enthusiasm you wont win those next 3 or 4 games so you can TIE them and regain your enthusiasm for other games you might win.

but hey that is me. some people wouldn't go out on a limb like that.

If you're trying to avoid relegation it can be handy, but I'd like to think most of you have a plan to survive in II without having to yo-yo between divisions.

Well, I'd at least expect you to bainsy. ;)

wow.. what a surprising rnd 1!

VM declares his intentions early with a big win, the nearly bot Beasts show there is still some fire in the belly, the Hippos "upset" a Gladiatior team that put in more effort, sammy loses to the new boy and Be High shows us the benefit of being in the red side... Winning lots of games = lots of money..

i think had we tipped, i would have gotten 4-5 at most..

As an early tip, i would have to say Vis vs Be High in the finals.

i don't think the Hippos win was an upset. i dont think hippo would think that either. hence why he put in less effort and i played normal to try win.

hats off to him though. it certainly was a close tough game. and i am hoping there are more of them this season

Tbh, I wasnt expecting that either, I thought Bains current team would have the hippo's covered with a PAN.

Happy with my first up win and training minutes. Just hoping the injury voodoo dosnt hit my starters
