Totally agree with everything you have said Skyhookz.
Training players is what makes this game for me. My Favourite and Main player in Neil was my pride and joy. Why?! Not only did I fluke him in the draft (Which everyone hates me for doing, just ask em ;) hehehe) but then over the period of 6 seasons I molded him into a starting SG for the AUS U21 side and become the dominant Guard of III.12. People were scared of him, he just carved up the court. I went afk and he got sold and where did he end up? Germany's DIV I, THAT PROVES THE QUALITY.
Some Tip's in Training.
1. Set a plan
a) Choose a general position (Guard or Inside)
b) Be prepared to train that position for a minimum of 2 seasons for maximum increase
2. Commit to minutes
3. 2 Trainee's is optimal but you can get away with 3
a) 3 is hard to manage minutes and continue to get wins on the board (trust me on this)
3. SET A PLAN!!!!
a) I cannot stress how important this is
b) Know what you want to train, where you want it to be and train it
4. Don't be hasty.
a) Training is going to take time. It is going to be about 2 seasons before you really start to see the impact of the training but it is certainly worth it
This is my general advice.
