Basing this on the past, the negative response from this post in one day
will far outdo the total posts in Canadian Forums the last month.

Since you took over the team there appears to have been a major drop off in interest, honestly it seems to be at an all time low. Do you feel any responsibility for this and how do you think it can be corrected?
How will you increase interest in the Canadian U21 team?

What we need to do is get managers more involved from the beginning. We shouldn't just wait until they land a nice prospect,If we try to get them involved in the community early on, I'm sure we would have more success retaining managers which is good for Canada and BB as a whole.

The NT remained relevant thru a great season but our U21 team appeared as a shadow of its former self. How can it be improved? I agree it is up to everyone to help but the manager is the captain of the ship so bares a heavy responsibility.

People are people.
They don't have as much interest in BB as we do.
I think the U21 is less important to Canadian managers so, I think that if we let them know about getting involved they might join up and voice their opinions

Yes. The offsite needs to be utilized 10x as much as it is now. Why aren't people posting/participating there? It's dead. It's filled with so many posts/folders from 2012 that finding something from 2015 is a treasure hunt. People should be in the know about how the team is forming/changing/improving

In all honesty, I think including others is way more realistic a way forward with the U21
