I gave you data. ;/

With the if I had 5k seats and next man 14k seats. It would cost me a lot of money to match that, "plus ticket prices" are not are the not the same in every level of play, properly built arena plays a factor too etc, etc. So no seat are sold equal on BB ..I hope you understand a little better.

The game manual wont tell anyone anything much but the basics, the in-depth is learned by trail and errors. They do it like to keep the game info expanding. which is a good thing

The cost of building before is always cheaper, because it already built when you arrive. You don't have to worry about being a 5k man and the next man 14k seat or adjust ticket prices. You can just adjust and profit. Seat cost more because you have to do them.. Waiting on seats is losing money,

Yes that what, im trying to say, at the same time, I think the sacrifice of that short success of waiting is worth it for the long haul success in profits the team will receive and the players they will able afford or create to afford. also building a solid team. Without doing wild expensive purchases. In house building team player and arena building is very good an cheap method long term.

You don't have to just sit and build arena you can actually do training with very little penalty. Its a very healthy smart way to play. Long term profits is important and finance management is important early on. There secret to the game of BB. Some of them you have to unlock early on for some long term financial success.

I would go for 10k/?/500/50.

explanation for "?"
You have to check how many seats you can sell depending on your division and your success. You can expand this further up to 10k if you can sell these seats, but i guess going over a couple of thousands is a waste for Div III. If you promote these seats could be expanded.

If you find yourself suck in lower divisions you can also upgrad the bleachers to a point where the whole arena is about 20550 to 22000 seats big.

I still think my post from the 1st page of this thread is still a very good way to build. At least i run perfect with it in Div IV in Utopia.

Just to clarify to anyone reading this that doesnt know for sure. The actual price of building your arena even if it is done in D.5 or D.1 is exactly the same. A seat will never cost more to build just because you promote.

Thank you! Finally an answer, not just piles of BS. Thank you!

This is actually really interesting to me, considering we have the exact same arena sizes except, I actually have that 7k lower tier that you were wishing you had. I assume you were wanting more like 13k Bleachers and 7k LT opposed to 14k Bleachers and 7k LT though correct?

Yes. This is how I would build my stadium minus 1k bleachers. The cost to go over 20k seating versus return isn't really there for me to just inject anoth 1500k seats in my lowers tier.
