My team is 100 % Homegrown too. I had the chance too have 2 MVPs during 2 drafts and a lot of SP and FP. With my lvl 5 coach, I can see my work is begin to be really nice.

We are homegrown too since today. The only player ever being bought by the team has left a couple of hours ago. Unfortunately I'm under the player salary floor now. I'm not sure if I want to waste my money that way ...

I was under the floor for the first couple seasons with my homegrown team. It's the nature of the homegrown beast.

I made it to League II with my full home-grown team.
I'm kinda proud of it.

Congrats, I'm impressed because your team is salarywise not that much better than mine, at least at the top. It's probably deeper though.
However, I'm still kinda stuck in DIV.
My trainees are mostly done and I drafted horribly lately and since I'm not planning to sell my top players I will draft late again. My only hope is to promote to get better draft picks without performing poorly on purpose.

I was relegated back to DIV, and went undefeated again (same as last time in DIV). Hopefully, I'll do better in DIII next season. I lasted two seasons in DIII in my other stint there.

It's getting tricky figuring out how to train everyone, and in about five seasons, my bigs will be getting old, so they'll need replacements. Obviously, that means I need to focus on training bigs in a couple seasons.

Another thing that is interesting is that my team now consists of all players that have had a fair amount of training attention, but I'm going to have to let some of my veterans go to make room for the young guys, as there simply aren't enough minutes to go around. Definitely a fun challenge.

Good luck with your project

Thanks.
So, in my first season back in DIII, I made the finals!

However, I got whooped in game 1.

Hopefully my guys will give a stronger showing in game 2.

Wow, making the finals in D III with your roster is impressive. I didn't check the other teams of your conference, but now I have some hope to play a good role in D III next season.
Just won finals game 1 on the road against a 24-0 team (they miss their second best player due to injury) yesterday ...

Honestly, I was surprised, too.
My team salary is near the bottom of my league, but I think the balanced nature of my players makes my team a challenge for many of the top heavy teams. Not all of them, obviously, as can be seen by game one of the Finals. Dang it.

Nice win in your game 1!

I've got the sweep by another blowout-win last night. I knew I would have a chance to win it all, even though he was unbeaten all season long. It's a bummer that he lost his second best player. So, it was almost too easy ...

I guess, you are not too disappointed by the loss. The difference between the two teams was just too big to pull off another upset, but especially considering the conditions, it was still an incredible performance.
Congrats and maybe we will meet next season in III.16 ;)
