So my total expense is 76 659. Would you say that im 20k above minium salary cap is there a charge once you go under? My 2nd team i'm paying 29 633 for a advanced trainer. Now imagine I found a bid for 1k for the amount of 6k salary adds up doesnt it?

I just bidded on my trainer for 1k not sure when the auction ends let me check. That guy is in division 3 of the canadian league he gave me a compliment on my website I made thats why I added him. I figured he wasnt doing well with that much profit anyhow

Because you were talking about salary floor. I think he said he is 30k below it and making a 100k. Ill make sure Ill follow the bid I always bookmark my bids.

Yes fire the staff and don't give two hoots about them , depends on what your trying to do overall put that in perspective 1st .You don't need the other 2 staff in div4 if your just training basic is good enough. New staff comes out everyday ,so its not alot lost.
