I dont know if you or anybody else explained it in earlier post, but i got a question what happens when for example you train a skill and then you change to another without having the previous one take a pop up. Do the system keeps that small percentage for the next time you ll train again that skill or it forgets it because you've changed the training?
I hope my question is clear hahaha

To be very clear. Your skill goes up when it is trained even if it doesn't show a pop. Each skill has a sub-level or decimal attached to it that you cannot see. If you train and don't see a pop, the skill went up just not over the new whole number. This sub-level is factored, in performance, DMI, and I believe salary at the season rollover. Training is not something that fills a progress meter and then awards a new level.

I hope that makes sense.

With all these said numbers, if an 18 y/o HOF is trained with OD, how many OD pops will he get in 10 weeks of training? Also, where did you get 1.5 and/or all these numbers?

hello there, first off I'd like to thank you for all the monumental work. Very nicely done!

Additionally, I was wondering if you could share some info on how the elastic effect comes into play in the calculations and the "strenght" of said effect.

Thank you
