Wait it wasn't you! I noticed it and just figured it had something to do with a mistake or something in the Baine Bulletin for the week and you deleted 'em

Breaking news from Linndale:

Word is that a after already moving on from a starting PG and a backup C for financial reasons, another starting PG (and his backup) will be moved in the coming 24 to 36 hours. One new player was seen at the practice facility working out today with reports of another to follow; unfortunately we are unable to disclose identities of the new players as of yet.

Stay tuned to this developing story...

I noticed that he got a bid. Hopefully you can suffer the transfer list for your new arrivals - I hate trying to buy players!

Hustlas is trying to make the playoffs this season. So a lot of moves. Hopefully we move up in the power rankings, but the new pg May be unavailable in the game against Ashkickers tomorrow. But we are confident that we can compete and possibly win that game.

Linndale is pleased to announce the additions of PG Bobbie Coenen and SG Musa Ozol. Both are expected to upgrade the offensive firepower and defense in the backcourt. From the front office:

"We've got ourselves a 3-headed monster at guard; we expect Coenen and Knowles to start with Ozol being the 3rd man in a 3 guard rotation. Of course, we also have the option of starting Ozol at SG and bringing Knowles off the bench to back up both spots. Or we can move Paul Lutz to PG and let him run the second unit with Ozol... or Knowles... Come to think of it, better keep developing the bigs and SF; we think we just got a better this season but much better for next season. We'll just have to figure out how to make these guys fit together!"

In other news, PGs Janis Julins and Elran Chazan were both seen cleaning out their lockers; it is expected their respective transfers will go through soon. It's possible they are on the roster for tomorrow's game but viewed as unlikely.

Based on the already deep Big 8, with what will likely be a playoff caliber team being in the relegation Da Bellys already knew we were in trouble. The Great 8 playoffs is not reachable for us this year. Defense continues to be a downfall while we have a significant money problem looming as well. We've decided to part with Angius, our recently acquired SF who has played strong but lacks the defense needed from his position. A defensive minded SF will be found, however a fire sale could be just around the corner. The Big 8 is deep and my prediction is they will likely win 2 of the 3 relegation matches, at the very least.
The current Great 8 playoff teams will remain all season.

As always...its Taco Tuesday at The Keg tonight with half price margaritas in addition to all your favorite beers. Tell your family and friends to come for the game...we need the money!

In the Great 8, there are 4 teams that are 4-1. All 4 play each other. The 1 plays the 3, and the 2 plays the 4. Who will remain with 1 loss, and who will get that 2nd loss.

Should be good games.

Hustlas overplayed their hand, playing a 1-3-1 defense but Ashkickers played a look inside. So Hustlas are being dominated in the paint and find themselves down 11 at halftime. Ashkickers may yet get this game. Hustlas hope to have a better second half. We shall see..

Down 23 in the third, the Hustlas did not come to play. "They stink" says one correspondent. Their best player and new addition will be available soon, but even with him, it may not have made a difference in this game. The coach will be in the hot seat after this game. The team feels they have the pieces, but the coach has to put it together. In this game, he did not.

This is embarrassing. The true colors come out. Hustlas will fall to 4th in the division with their 2nd loss and a blowout at that. It was never close. Ashkickers showed they were th cream of the crop in this blowout.
