I don't want to over hype this weekend but it's probably the most competitive semi final round in the history of buzzerbeater. I'm very excited for it.

You are right, and it's highlighted by the fact that these are both rematches of games just last Saturday where the winning team won by 5 and 4 points. You and I both hope for different results this time

Great job hitting all those picks close.

Hopefully the games are more exciting than the 3rd quarter of our game.

This is the part where you let me win to promote right? I hate trying to play a 3 game series without HCA. That last game loss to Limbus is really coming back to bite me.

On a separate note, so far this post season I have beaten 2 of the 4 teams that beat me in the regular season. You were one of the other 2 so at least if I somehow promote I'll have earned it.

Switching to draft talk.... I was good last season and stockpiled my draft points because I knew I was picking late. This season I am picking 14th but I couldn't resist any longer and spent my points anyways. Did the full skill reveal and started hunting for high potential players based on that.

That leads me to my question, what do people prefer, revealing certain skills and hunting for potential based off of that, or just starting with a combine and only looking at 18 year olds, or something else entirely?

Are you just looking for 18 year olds? I thought it was technically more optimal to take a 19 year old with the same potential if they were a 5 ball player just because being able to start with a high of 10 skills instead of a high of 7 skills.

I've really only trained bigs outside of the few weeks I was very new when I was training guards but I think Extra Pass (passing + jump range) is useful if you are looking to flip them by the end of the season and know you are only going to train big skills for the season.

Thanks! I am nervous about sticking up. It looks like Sounders made the playoffs, so it's possible, but I am worried I went to heavy on primary skills and it is going to come back to bite me in D2 as I won't have salary efficient enough builds. We will see!
