As i said i will use it when necessary

i'm not going to go into a long debate about it.

This SHOULD have nothing to do with the best person for the job.

I will have the national team play it its highest level and depending on the game depends on what strategy i will go with anf if i will play normal or anything else.

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

יש לי שאלה לקני
אתה חושב שהיה מגיע לאמן את הנבחרת, הבחירות היו נוגעות לעונה חמש, אחרי שעלית לליגת העל.
נכון להים לפי דעתי לפחות, עופר הרבה יותר מתאים.
אחרי המשחק שהפסדת(לא מאשים אותךך) אתה לא חושב שאתה צריל לפנות את הבמה?

If you were paying attention to the forums you would know that i was only appointed as the coach on Sunday Morning. That is why there are elections now instead at the beginning of season 6. Yehuda the former coach and some of his supporters asked me to go with his game plan for the last game.

So the last years success in my opinion i cant take any credit for as i had nothing to do with. My goal is to take the national team to the next level during season 6.

אלף אני יודע שיהיו בחירות, ואני שואל שאלה בנוכע לבחירות, שאתה לא בשיאך, ולפי דעתי יש מתמודד יותר טוב, אז עם אתה לא חושב לפנות את הבמה בלי שום קשר למשחק

I think it's a pity that almost no managers from higher leagues offer themselves for the job.
I think we are left with little or no choices for choosing the NT manager and it's a shame that the community isn't interested in the NT.

למען האמת, אם תסתכל עכשיו תראה:
אנחנו נמצאים בבית הניחומים עכשיו.
זה בית של 12 קבוצות, ולא יודע איך- אבל החליטו שכל הנבחרות מתחילו ממצב של מאזן 0-2 שלילי. לא שזה ממש משנה, כי כולם ככה עם הפרש סלים זהה. 0-0.
אז יש לנו מעכשיו ועד סוף העונה משחקים רשמיים, וגם יש לנו משחקים קשים מול שתי נבחרות שנחשבות עדיפות עלינו: ארגנטינה וקרואטיה.
אז ככה שלא יודע כמה שחקנים יוכלו להשתחרר מהבוגרת.
כמובן, זאת תהיה החלטה של מי שייבחר.

קודם כל, אם זה חשוב לך הליגה- קני ועופר מליגת העל, ושניהם מתחרים.
יש שם גם עוד 2 בערך משתמשים מליגות המשנה.
וזה סביר מאוד.. אם אתה לא מרוצה אתה תמיד יכול לרוץ בעצמך.
אני יגיד לך מה הבעיה... שהמאמן שיבחר עכשיו מקבל נבחרת לעונה אחת, כשהמשחקים שלנו אמנם רשמיים והכל, אבל זה לא אליפות העולם, וגם לא המוקדמות שראינו אז.
זה מכובד מאוד לזכות בבית, אבל זה לא שאנחנו נתקדם לאנשהו... זה יעזור בדירוג ובכבוד.. אבל לא הרבה מעבר. כמובן שצריך להשקיע שם.
ככה שהתנאים בטח גם מפריעים לעוד אנשים לרוץ עכשיו..

It's funny most of the candidates didnt even published a speech, it's not serious.
That'ss why I didn't know about the two managers from the II leagues.

Anyway ,considering the conditions you mentioned, I think you are right.

אנחנו לא משחקים מול קרואטיה וארגנטינה עומר .. אנחנו משחקים מול 6 נבחרות שגם זה לא ברור ..
ובעצם עכשיו כשאני מסתכל בלוח משחקים של ארגנטינה או נבחרות אחרות אני רואה נבחרות שלא בבית ביכלל .. או שזה באג או שיש פה משהו שלא נראה לעין ..

עקרונית , זה עדיין לא משנה.. ההתלהבות שלנו נפגעה מאוד מהקראנץ מול קנדה קנדה ונצטרך לצבור אותה מחדש שוב בשישה משחקים בעוד שנבחרות אחרות יגיעו עם התלהבות אולי כפולה משלנו .. ודווקא לדעתי יש איזה עולה או 2 מהבית הזה אולי לסיבוב הבא או משהו .. לא סתם עושים בית התנחומים .. וכדאי שפה נבדוק טוב את העניין כמו שלא ידענו שזה יהיה עכשיו , צריך לבדוק מה יש אחר כך .. וגם למה לוח המשחקים ככה ..
