i just buy a player with 5000 salary a week. but it seems it does not have a consistence game as per as pionts its concern?
it will be better to sell it or to train him?

Hung Kennedy is already quite old at 28. Training him is impractical. Not a good bargain for 400K for a 5000 salaried player, i would say. You may opt to sell him, but i doubt if you could still sell him for that amount.

You have a good player in Julio Macaldo. You could train him. His got good potential. Also buy a trainer. At least level 4.

Mga bossing bakit po ang baba ng merchandise profit ko? although ang ganda ng mga players ko pati ang ganda din ng last playing games namin, nun last time nga po tinalo pa namin un ranked #1 team sa group namin pero ang baba pa rin po ng ticket sales at weekly merchandise profit....saka un po bang new manager bonus mag-iincrease po ba un? o sa simula lang po meron nung bonus na un? saka un TV contract pano po un tataas? kapag marami ka nang viewers? :P

wold you say it better to relagate him to a 2nd unit? And try young guys learn the stuff?? any way last game we won and he score 18 pts. and my concern realy his consiistence it seems that in our last games he is the barometer if we will play good or not. In regards to Macaldo he is fine player. I will try to train him for us to help us to have inside game in our next game

You can put him at the starting unit. As of now he is your highest paid player and its logical to make him start. How your player performs in the game depends on his skills, the skills of the player guarding him, your game tactics, and your opponents game tactics among others. Regarding the consistency of Hartly, its difficult for him to perform well if he is matched up with a much more defensively skilled player.
