The D IV. conference, and the D V. conference. That keeps it even. As long as we have the same number of D V. and D IV. teams.

I'm not gonna be trying too hard in this thing. I'm doing this to ensure me I get a scrimmage each week to manage minutes. Im also picking up 1k bums so i might b an easy win

Yeah, like what happens if you D4ers promte to D3??? Then We'd have to make a BIG RULE for D3ers.........which will be pretty tough........but I don't know.......D3ers tend to have even 14,, and maybe even 16k backups!?!?
