1st and 3rd is like good 19 age drafted prospects. second one... he looks good, but i would rather had passing at respectable and strong skills instead of his proficient ones.

I would be without compromise on bringing up core PG skills: OD, PS, HD until he can play back up PG in neutral or inside offense. (12+ skill level). Then JS and 1 on 1, when JS level approaches JR, I would from time to time add in a week of JR.

Depends if you want more of a PG or SG. For both options lots of OD training. For PG more Passing training, and for SG more JS and JR training.
