Yeah that would be ideal maybe we should Have like a Primary next year where the candidates understudy for an NT manager during the last few matches before the elections

We have a lot of great outside shooters. Unfortunately, we play all our games indoors.

The offsite thing is more in reference to activity with the NT program. If you want to discuss the tactics we are using, you need to be on the offsite.

yeah, and actually, I think a primary type thing would be a great idea, be able to cut it down to 2 before the the final election.

True, but I think a fresh perspective could be good. Community is something that can always continue, but sometimes tactics need a fresh perspective because as a community in the offsite you talk about it and debate and a lot of people get on the same page and start patterning everything the same way. So do we need a continuation of that and someone knowledgeable of what we have been doing? I don't think so. Does that mean Namssor can't break the mold? No. I just want to see something fresh presented next season....what exactly is it I want to see? I don't know...but I think we need to break our mold in how we think tactically. I say we like I've contributed a ton...lol...I haven't tactically, but I've soaked up every game plan and that's what I'm referring to I guess.

This is correct, but if we vote someone in not on the offsite, how do we know their tendencies and their knowledge of our rosters, two key elements in gameplanning?

AGreed I feel like thats Jason's biggest X-factor and I as I'm sure all managers want to here his idea of NT and tactics and specific knowledgeability of our NT. So, yes I think we should have that discussion on the off-site forums, but I don't know if its against the rules.

to the Buzzerbeater gods...can we get a reprieve from the rules on this one occasion to discussion NT specifics on an offsite forum?

[ It just seems like Jason is a bit bored with his club team, so he's trying to find a new challenge, but one that he is completely unprepared for.

Tell you what Shannon...I can take all the criticism...a lot of is valid...but I would really appreciate if you would stop trying to read my mind, and predict why I am doing this or that. What in the world about the run my team is on right now would suggest I am bored? Sheesh.

I'm not sure what you are asking for? You can discuss NT stuff wherever you wish.

@Smedlock If Jason is willing to listen and take in information he'll be fine. I'm pretty sure everyone involved will help out and at this stage knowledge/experience is almost trivial. We have enough accumulated through the program. The NT coach is a figurehead and the biggest job is delegation and building the community. Jason is the better person for that job. I've interacted with him before and he has always been super helpful and VERY responsive.

It's his opinion, let him have it. Why should he vote for you if you don't even explain why your running and instead tell him to "stop trying to read my mind"?

I'd like to think that I have explained why. While there have been some facts being discussed about me not having experience as an NT coach, or in the offsite forums...its an inaccurate assumption I am doing this out boredom.
