As Sam said, definitely go for 1 position C training. I switched from C/PF training to C a couple of seasons ago and have had far better results. It just takes a bit more organizing of your minutes, but it's not too hard to work out. Rotate your ID IS and put in a RB and SB week every now and then when you feel the need.

Exactly. Your players are fine for stamina for a while. Don't do any more stamina training for at least a season or two, focus on FT.

Had 4 players pop in the U21 team for a total of 5 pops! Well done guys!

I had 1 pop, but was my NZ trainee so that was good

I had 2 pops from three guys training PG Passing, both on Colbert with handling and Driving popping. No passing pops which was a shame.

I trained ID and had 2 from 3 pop in IS and no ID pops haha.

i traiined RB and had 3 pops from 4 but the player who didnt pop popped last week

just 1 pop but it was from my rookie Sg which is really good for me
