have you added any ad blocking software recently?

one (admittedly annoying) thing to try is a fresh download of Firefox or Chrome, install just the extension, and see if that works.

barring that, I can try and see what our resident greasemonkey expert has to say. Sadly, he's exceptionally busy these days, so it may take some time.

To recap, your problem is that you cannot see the "send to BB-training" button on the "Training" page. Right?

And this problem just started today, or has been happening longer?

What's your browser, version, and OS?

Yep, that's my problem. Last week I sent the training just fine. Didn't add anything new at all and already tried without ad/pop up blocking stuff.

I'm running the latest Chrome on Mac OS 10.7.5

I'm a sad panda :(

Ok, I'll certainly forward this to our greasemonkey script programmer.

It's a long holiday weekend in the USA, so it will take some time.

Ok, I talked with our extension programmer, and apparently this is a new issue with the most current versoins of Chrome (for example, Version 27.0.1453.94 m).

The issue is already listed with Google, and apparently the fix should come in a future update. However, we can't be sure exactly how long that will take.

Considering that non-supporters can only see a limited number of weeks in their training history, at this point we recommend that you either try a previous version of Chrome (e.g. Version 26.0.1410.64 m), to upload these training results. Alternatively, Firefox should work, and you can use that in the interim.

I'll try and post again here whenever the Chrome update arrives to fix this.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

I've just had the same issue...couldn't send the training information to the website. I tried to solve it by using firefox, however it didn't work. Finally, by using the previous Chrome version (26.0.1410.64 m) I solved the problem.

Thank you for the info. +1! :D
