get OD to marvelous, then one on one until JS is at 16 (DR and HN at 14-15). If you plan then to continue training him, give him couple passing pops and pump more OD

how many pops do you think he should get in each skill in this season alone with the OD and training regiman ?

honestly no idea. I am not that great with judging speed, but I would say for OD you would look lat around 2,5 weeks per pop

I guess I'd make him a top class guard, with some inside skill. I'm a bit in doubt about what the end-goal should be. Should I train ID (+maybe IS?) or just the top 6 skills?

If you are making him a guard ten I would leave the inside skills already. He has enough, and IS and ID are still going to rise with OD and one on one training. This is one of the most impressive prospects I have seen. You can make a top level player from him

I like his secondaries very much. JS, PAS and OD are pretty good IMO.

I got a plan for my rookie:

Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: mediocre

I was planning on OD until 14,then PA for the rest of the season. IN the next season is 1 vs 1for about 3/4 of the season(IDK how long,Maybe 2 weeks after all-star?),and then JR for the rest. In his 20 y.o. season is JS to about 13 with JR to about 11-13,and for the rest of that season is catching up on HA,PA,(and Maybe IS too?) In his 21 y.o. season,Maybe a U21 prospect. I thought The elastic effect would be nice, since his stats are close. It will speed up his stats, but the start of the next stat wil be rough. But,training all around for 21 y.o. season, making everything 14+,if not capped.
