Depends if you want more of a PG or SG. For both options lots of OD training. For PG more Passing training, and for SG more JS and JR training.

OD to Tremendous, then as Aussie_dude mentioned it is up to you whether you want a PG or SG.

They need some One on One to get Driving/Handling up. Other then that depends what type of guard you want but OD and JS are good areas to start.
