That would seem obvious an A- is always better than a B+. IF you have a B+ you have not reached A don't let the + confuse you.
How do you find what your position is in the draft? and how can you find which players you drafted how they were rated when you drafted them?

Position is based on number of wins in regular season. If same number of wins worst goal aggregate chose first. It is both conferences together so if you finish last in your conference you might still be picking as 4th or 5th team and even worse than that.

Here you got salary cap based on potential as has been presented by another BB user. Not verified by BB and I have no idea how correct it is but I do believe that it is pretty close to the truth:
(98371.35)

one question. Is it better to pick a 18y old 4 star(b) and 5 potential or pick a player with 5 star but i don't know his age or potential?

I would rate an 18 year old with 4 star and 5 potential before a 5 star with unknown potential and age.

You can keep a picture of the draft page by using (PrtScn) button of the keyboard while the page is on screen, and saving it in a JPG format using paint. After the draft you can see the ratings of your draft thought that picture.

it is very simple, but I hope it would help some how.

You can actually even cope it into word without printscreen. I have done so last two seasons.
