pre hinay hinay lang din, sarcastic ang dating ng mga sagot mo dito sa forums eh. remember, we should refrain from personal attacks. and since you are running for an important position, everyone has the right to ask about your plans and how will you go about to do it.

am i the one to start getting sarcastic? oh please.

personal attacks, eh? which part?

please read my answers and get back to me with a plausible argument. hindi yung puro div II at PPL ang sinasabi natin.

actually, why don't you convince the managers in PPL or div II to run? more importantly, why none of them vied for the post? why don't you?

EDIT:

don't expect me to kiss everybody's ass just so i would win their vote. i'm not a politician. if i am attacked, i bite back. i'm not to back down just because i'm "just" from div III.

if you would compare div II and PPL and div II and div III, of course they're different levels. but if you would compare a div II going against a div II team and a div III team going against a div III team, there's not much of a difference if we're talking about their head to head match up. not unless, of course, if there is an obvious mismatch.

now this mismatch i am talking about is not so apparent if you're playing in PPL, especially if you're a PPL mainstay and a playoff contender. this mismatch, as i've said, happens most of the time if a team gets relegated from higher division to a lower one.

say, your team gets relegated to div II. do you think you'd be able to convince me that your team won't be contending for championship in div III? not a chance. ^_^

salamat sa pag volunteer sa pagiging scout. ^_^

anyway, nasabi ko yung sa head to head matchup kasi, hindi ka naman tatagal sa isang division na overmatched ka. meaning kung mismatch sa yo ang mga laban, you'll either get promoted or relegated. this is the design of the game to keep balance among the teams in a league. so yung sinasabi ko, more or less lang sya. and yeah, we're on the same page regarding less mismatches in div II and PPL. that's the observation i have too. ^_^

c'mon, we don't need to search, it's right here with your latest post.

please read my answers and get back to me with a plausible argument. hindi yung puro div II at PPL ang sinasabi natin.
reality is, managing the NT is very similar to managing in the PPL. kung div III lang eh di ka maka-alis at nababasa mo palang ang DIV II at PPL eh nag-hahanap ka ng ibang pag-uusapan, good luck na lang sayo. =)

actually, why don't you convince the managers in PPL or div II to run? more importantly, why none of them vied for the post? why don't you?
why would i convince them? try mo kaya?;) hindi kase basta-basta ang mag-manage ng NT. you need to have a good plan, experience, time and support of all the managers here in the philippines.

EDIT:

why would i convince them? try mo kaya?;) hindi kase basta-basta ang mag-manage ng NT. you need to have a good plan, experience, time and support of all the managers here in the philippines.

in order for you to have a good plan, you need to see what you have and what your opponent has. now, which country has a final roster for their U21 team when U21 coach election is not yet over? ^_^

chill ka lang pre. this is a debate thread kaya dapat open ka sa mga opinion ng voters. wag init kagad ng ulo.

mabait pa ko ng lagay na to. tanong mo sa mga TDP'ers na nandito kung pano ako sumagot. besides, kung ayaw nyo sa kandidato, kailangan bang gawin ang ginawa ni aldo? kung ayaw nyong nakakagat, wag kayong mangagat. oke? i was happily answering everybody's queries, including yours, until he came and rubbed it to me that i am "just" from div III. ngayon, ako ang mali dahil sinagot ko sya sa parehong manner na sinabihan nya ko? some logic. *shrugs*

hmm, I'll try to make a plan for the first season, because it is different to do this for the second one already, because you don't know any oponnents or even your roster

13.10.-16.10. In this team I would choose the right players to perform good the next 14 weeks, also I will generate tables with the best players of their age group

18.10 first game against india this must be a clear win with a tie, no discussions about that :-)

1.11 Lubnan --> must be the next win

8.11 U.A.E and here everybody expects a win also :-)

after this three games we should have optimal motivation and 3 wins, this would mean, tat w are in the next round, because the best 4 go up to the next stage :-)

after that we'll have 3 more games against malaysia, indonesia and the hardest until there with australia

then of course in the next round we want the finsh 1. also, but even the second place is enough to come into the semifinals, but the final must be the goal, because there everything is possible ;-)

in season 15 we want to play the world cup, but I can't say the goals for it yet, like I said above.

Also i will of course write an articel before every game and on friday i'd like to tell you, if the training was succesful :-)

of course a manager from a lower division can be a good one, if he has managerial skills, but only very seldom he will be better than a manager who plays in the top league, because this manager knows a lot about the intricacies of the game and he has a lot of experience out of very important championship and cup games.

also this manager can handle better with national team players, because the players in his roster are on a similar level. I know this, because the first season of my period in germany was quite strange, because I didn't have the feeling for these high skilled players. playing in the third division is completly different than managing a national team, which plays on a high level, for managers out of the highest divison this is not that complicated :-)

in order for you to have a good plan, you need to see what you have and what your opponent has. now, which country has a final roster for their U21 team when U21 coach election is not yet over? ^_^
as of now wala pang may final roster. all of the NT managers are on scouting mode. sino naman ang nagsabi sayo na meron ng final roster? pwede yang baguhin anytime.

i agree.

another question is, who are the managers that you plan to be your scouts? and if ever you'd be elected, how would you convince managers from the Philippines to help you?
