Anybody knows the sallary of A- and A+?

He asked for grade rating salary. Not salary of star rating.

I don't think there is any difference but A+ would have higher chance of being a better player because he played better.

Can you smell what the Hobos are cooking... oh wait its just Roger. (18085274)

Actually A+ DOES always have a higher salary compared to A-. It has nothing to do with how well he played in that particular match.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Imo the best way to start is by combine. U'll get all the heights and ages of all draftees. That's a great ground to go further. You can select 18yo's and separate them from 19yo's, sort them by height and then continue with your scouting depending on which position u r looking etc.
I used the combine and got 19 18yo's from which only 6 had worse than 3star raiting (and of course I wont even wanna consider looking at them anymore). Things looking pretty good this year

I assume that with "3star rating" you mean 3 grey balls? Please don't assume that the grey balls you see in the beginning mean anything. They're really useless and you can ignore them. The players with 1 grey ball are probably just as good as the ones with 5 grey balls.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

I've finally found it:

(120597.1)

You can get a better feel for a players salary if they have been scouted twice and you have a grade. (Disclaimer this is an estimate I will try in the upcoming draft to generate some better numbers on my own)
A+ > A > A- for A+ (+5000K) A (4500k) A- (3700-4500)

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

I haven't planned to interview the 2-star or lower players to ensure I get as much information on the remaining mystery 18yo's.

Anyone disagree with ignoring a player after the initial scout if they have low star rating?

You probably have already read comments that grey balls doesn't matter anything. I got last year 18 years old A+ with Hall-of-fame potential. You can guess - yes he was 1 grey ball and ranked to be 47th best in my draft list. He was absolutely the best one. So based on that I do disagree
Now I got from group demonstration (1-2 grey balls) totally 9 players with 5 balls rating so it is up to you.

You take the 5 ball potential regardless. 5 ball A- skill and 5 ball potential will be more valuable/better than 5 ball A+ skill and 4 ball potential.

And how many of them are 19-year olds?

I don't know if this is for everyone, but when I did Combine I got 30 18 y/o's, and 18 19 y/o's

Can anyone confirm this?

This is the 2nd straight draft I've had phenomenal luck in then

Last season drafted 3 18 y/o big men. 4 4k HOF PF one 6'7'' 3.5k all star Sf/PF, one 6'7'' AS center. Altogether I've made 800k off selling two of them, and the other is coming along great.

This season I found 9 18 y;o big men with 6'100 or better height, including 3 7'2'' or better.

The only one I've scouted is a 5/4' A+ 6'10'' PF, and chances are at least two of the next 8 will be just as good, with two more being at least half way decent.
