i have no idea what point of my post you are refering to.I fail to see what's "not true".
I'm saying i switched to another lvl 10 player because i knew sooner or later the level 10 i had drops..

This part is not true. There is no way to tell which level 10 will drop first because the drops are random.

Anyway, it was no criticism to your idea, it was just a comment to try to help, sharing an explanation (about the randomness of the drops) that it seemed relevant at the moment here.

Your idea actually makes more sense than the way things really are on BB's current staff system. That's why I said before and say again, I hope they change this soon...

I think you still don't really understand the point of Riceball. I think he means something like this: the average time of a coach of level 10 before he drops to 9 is about let's say 2 months.

If you have a lvl 10 coach for 2 months and 2 weeks, then the chance that he will drop a lvl is pretty high (and increasing every week stasticly). So if you decide to hire a new lvl 10 coach, you will start a new average timespan of 2 months. So there is a bigger chance that your coach will drop if you keep the old one of 2,5 months.

Of course there are exceptions, but it is a smart move to hire a new coach if you expect that he will drop a level soon.

ok man, nevermind then. I study math and logics for a living and I'm telling you that makes no sense whatsoever. It is random. The chance doesn't change through time. Anyway, I was just trying to help out, giving the heads up about the randomness, because it's a waste of 22-25k when you switch the coaches. But now I've already done that, so I got nothing more to say here. Peace.

For what it's worth, I understand what you're saying and I completely agree with you.

I understand that you're trying to help and i'm not saying that i reject or think your help is flawed, on the contrary i had that in mind while i was speculating if i wanted to switch or not. It's true that i took a gamble and rehired a level-10 staff to replace the previous one, while not knowing who will drop first. I had an expectation of what will happen and so far it did well for me.

The only reason why i responded to your comment was the "true not true" part. I did not make a statement whatsoever, i just explained what my actions were and why i did it. The respond of you was valid but the "not true" part is not. ;) You can't answer with true or not true if i explain a "why". If you understand what i mean :)

Anyways thanks for the help! I think most of the people will find your post helpful ;)

I'm guessing we are all going to hire the same guy when a new level 10 comes around... We should create the "Allan Dubois" PL or something.. lol

Since BB only generates one new staff member each week, there are probably only (3 seasons x 14 + 7) unique staff members of each type. This also means that there is "length of service" for each staff member.

Presumably, Alan Dubois has been dropping slowly so that he is only now recognized as a "9" though he hasn't been a true "10" for some time.

While the drops may be random, they might also be weighted toward longer service and perhaps higher levels. By the time Dubois gets to "2" it may take almost forever to drop to "1".

No, there's no sublevels on Staff.

Any two will do
Any three for me

No, there's no sublevels on Staff.

There might be no sub-levels when a new staff member is introduced. And it would make sense that would be made known because there are clearly sublevels in salary.

But it is totally illogical that your players suddenly decrease their rate of training 10% because Allan Dubois is now a "9".
