As I stated before, you answered the question as to why. I hope your right on the attendance thing as well, again this would make sense.

So I don't know where is problem.
You should be happy that You have less TV contract. Because higher TV contract means less profits.

Please look at simple calculation.
Overall profits = + tickets + merchandise + TV contract - scouting - staff - salaries (1)
I believe in every country tickets, merchandise, scouting and staff is similar.
So we can change this equation:
Overall profits = CONSTANT + TV contract - salaries (2)

And now we should recognize how is TV contract calculated. TV contract depends on average salaries in league. So to simplify, lets say TV contract = 50% of salaries (here You can set any number less than 100%):
TV contract = 1/2 salaries (3)
Then we have:
salaries = 2 * TV contract (4)
Then we can insert (4) to (2):
Overall profits = CONSTANT + TV Contract - (2 * TV Contract) (5)
So:
Overall profits = CONSTANT - TV Contract (6)

What doeas it mean? It means that if TV Contract is higher then overall profits are lower ;-)

I would completly disagree with this.

& again it's not only about TV contract. $30k per week over the course of a season, & that's just the English League that's roughly $500k I don't have.
Here are my finances & compare to yours with salary of players etc & run that again:

Attendance: $ 531 501
Merchandise: $ 76 624
TV Contract: $ 164 640

You attendance is better than average in Poland so it means it is independent on country (but still You can make better result with less effort so Your fans are happier and therefore You can sell more tickets). Staff and scouting is independent on country..
Probably Marchandise isn't constant. But then it iis % of salaries too (similar to TV contract), so calculation should be practically the same.
Still overall profits (League Average Net Income in English language) in Your league should be higher than overall profits in bigger countries. Could You paste it?
In my country average income = 116k.
And this value is so high only because we have 2,5 tanked teams. In typical situation this value should be = 50k, maybe 80k, not higher.

So please don't write You don't have 500k because You have 1M or maybe even more ;-)

Here is the overall income for my Division:

Staff Salaries: $ 61 347 Merchandise: $ 76 648
Scouting: $ 10 000 TV Contract: $ 164 640
Total: $ 538 766 Total: $ 638 164

League Average Net Income: $ 99 398

It's still better than average in lowest division in my country ;-)
And plese not that in You league few teams have wrong ticket prices (I checked few of them) and therefore attendance should be better. And plese note that in Your league are few young teams with small arenas. If they increase arenas then incomes will be higher.
And please note that few most expensive teams in bigger countries have incomes under zero.

lol, lowest in your country?
That's part of the problem, these teams don't hang around, they go bot in 6 weeks. So as I staed before, I'm waiting for others teams to come along before I can progress to a level where I can compete with the top teams, no I'm not tanking & loading like that. Sustained club is the goal.
