This season it seems like the competition is harder across the division with only 13 undefeated teams left at this stage, when last season their was 14 teams left 3 rounds later.

With 2 teams from III.1, III.3 and III.8 making the list, we are essentially already down to 10 possible 22-0 teams. I should be good to monitor the progress

There are 33 div III teams left in the Last 64 teams

We will lose at least 8 due to div III teams playing eachother. and then a further 6 who play ABBL teams could lose and 9 who play div II teams.

If worse comes to worse there may be only 11 div III teams remaining in the round of 32.

Cleveland Steamers and Home Axis got the pick of the bunch facing 2 of the remaining div IV sides.

I would say the biggest games will be:

CCCPBA (Aust. Div.) vs. Gisborne Gladiators
Branny vs. The Winnerz
Unbeatables vs. Slam!
High School Dropouts vs. The Players

Haha, I don't think I can win it all. I don't even know why I'm the favourite, tying with the likes of the Stone Slashers.

I'm not going for the win this season, not with Stone Slashers in the league, but I am trying to come 4th in the playoffs to at least have a go at the title :)

I don't know how I'm going to win. So far I'm quite content with coming 5th, everything is going well, and now I'm out of the cup, I can completely focus on the league now.

Its okay your in a rebuilding phase.. kinda like what the suns are doing now with steve nash and grant hill...
try to aim for 4th or 5th.. kinda like what the suns are doing now when they aim for 8th or 9th.

Well none of our leaders lost last night, however there was a little bit of shuffling around at the bottom of our table, with the top 7 staying the same.

Clippers the favourites? Too early to pick. It only takes a random CT here and there to completely change this list. Definately an interesting race though. I'm enjoying it. I think if all goes well for me I'll be 14-0 when I come up against the Flames on his court! That will be the big one for me perhaps. If I can get that, well...

NOTE: I shouldn't jump the gun, though. I've got some tough crossover games in the next couple of weeks. I will be lucky to survive them unscathed I think. While the BOT promotion would be a nice cushion, I'm gearing up for a genuine promotion. That's the plan at least! lol

fair call :) but a bot promotion would be a great consolation price if everything in playoff goes wrong ^.- if everything goes right ill still be on this list until i play branny in his home court which is going to be a close game :)

I voted 'other' but only out of protest that the Thunder didn't make the list. Otherwise I think bainsy is the front runner.
