IIRC, it depends on the strength and/or rankings of the teams you beat. I'm pretty sure that I'm forgetting some other stuff.

The Cup weighs very heavily, as well as the team both you and your opponent put on the court. For instance, if your league opponent tanks and plays a crap lineup, you only get credit for beating a D4 or D5 team as far as rankings are concerned.
