The answers are that
1) bb-usa.net is non functional. That's all the tools and the database.
2) The people who made it are long gone and/or non-responsive.
3) Yes, we've made an effort to contact them. No, we have had no substantive contact.
4) No, no one here to my knowledge has the access to bb-usa.net to fix them, much less the know how.
5) If someone here has the ability to recreate some version of any of the missing tools, host a site to hold the code, and has a lot free time on their hands please contact me. We will pay you nothing, but love you long time.

So the plain answer is probably not, unless someone makes a huge effort to try to do something about it.

Giving this thread a bump, and hopefully making your day a little bit!

The offsite has recently been giving a big makeover, with much better graphics than before and has a fresh look, which everyone seems to love. Along with this, TheRapper on the offsite has reached out to the old manager that coded or setup (or something... he knows what he is doing haha) the tools and understands the system behind them. mfork (The old manager) is responsive and willing to help out. Pretty much, with some effort from some smart people on the offsite, who I'm sure everyone will give huge thanks too if this gets accomplished, the tools could potentially get up and running again soon!

^^^^^^^^ TWO BIG REASONS TO JOIN THE USA OFFSITE! ^^^^^^^^

Also, just to add to what EBW said...

The US offsite is a great place to express yourself. I, for one, am a very attractive individual. I'm sexy enough to be a model, but I'm not a model. However, thanks to the US offsite, I am a role model. Kids look up to me, not because I'm taller or sexier, but because I'm a member of the US offsite. Join now and you, too, can grow hair around your nipples like a real American.
