Exactly my point. We completely agree then.

But... the BB are alive?
They see the big problems that we're evidencing about the BBB-cup????

I disagree about your analysis of some of the top leagues v the so called inferior ones...

One thing that hasnt been mentioned is mutual TIEs.... certain countries (USA cough) are well documented for assisting each other for the good of the Great 8 /. Big 8.... I imagine a few them that qualified and any other nations which have a cosy group of top teams could go far by TIE'ing a lot of early league and cup fixtures..... this will have more of an impact than home advantage....

I don't see what there is to disagree about. It's a fact that the top teams in Italy (for example..I'm referring to them because I am more familiar with them) could massacre at least half the teams in the BBB.

As for home field advantage, it really won't make much of a difference, and neither will enthusiasm, if a team is that much better than the other one.

Are you serious?? 3 home games in this comp will give at least a 600k return for 18k stadiums plus..... thats your staff paid for all season.
The revenue is split 50-50 and I have check the arenas of many of the teams participating, and many of them are not remotely big enough to warrant decent split revenue.

another option could be to train form maybe?? anyone think this is mad.. would the boost from week 1 be enough to build on and help you TIE more effectively?

Fair point but if bigger stadium = in most cases better team then if you draw someone like this you get a decent payday before you get knocked out or as i said if you are the home team as soon as you make 600k home or away in the tourny you have free staff for a season! (until the staff system is redesigned - and if you havent got 3x level 10* - when does Max Paine drop to lvl 0??!!)

I struggle to find an example in basketball...so allow me some leeway and pull a football example instead. It's unfair that Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan get to play in the Champions League with all the additional revenue and publicity while Derby, Osasuna and Reggina go without.

There are some major differences between BB and reality.
- In reality the more games you play the less (effectively) you train. In BB it is the opposite.
- In reality you can't play TiE to increase your enthusiasm in the next game.
- Most of the teams in the Champions league are quite competitive. Most of the teams in the BBB are not.

Not to talk about the attendance system.

There is match income, training, and the minutes do count (which makes squad rotation more difficult). Yes, it's a challenge, but then again these are the best teams in BuzzerBeater! (And, if it's too much of a challenge, you'll be gone in one week, right?).

Why should B3 teams be allowed to train additional players? They are already getting more revenue from the extra games.
