I've been training my guy (48164078) for the past 7 seasons with level 3 gym, I can provide some data. I had 6 Cross Training pops with him (2 PA, 1 ID, 1 JR, 1 SB and 1 RB). But I also noticed that the sublevels were pretty high when I started training a new skill.
Yes, for one player in 7 seasons of training. I've been training 2 other guys with him (49014721) and (49152220) (they only got 5 and 4 years of training respectively). The first one got 5 CT pops (JR, OD, RB, PA and SB) and the second one 4 CT pop (RB, PA, SB and JR). But again, every time I started training a new skill, they would pop really early, because the sub levels were high due CT.
