Wow 100+ PD made up on the final day of the season. Not gonna lie, I thought I was in the playoffs as long as I won.

Not sure my playing more than 3 guys changes anything… but I do feel a little bad my throwing a game was part of this.

I found a 5/5 A+ 18 yo in this draft I had to make sure I got tho.

You're not wrong. Not sure why but I decided to roll the lineup in the game I threw and needed to vs my standard.

Ultimately it was the 3 pointer you surrendered with :02 left in the game that cost you the playoff spot. If that shot misses, you and F.Day end up tied on PD and you win the tie breaker.

Personally I am just happy that after 30 seasons, my 5th crack at the NBBA and a month shy of 8 calendar years I finally hit my goal of making the NBBA playoffs.

Sadly the longtime core of my team is reaching retirement home ages so this might be their proverbial last stand.

Interested in how much your opponents spent to construct their roster? I looked through each NBBA team and found how much they spent on transfers to construct their current roster. Obviously there are other expenses that go into account for how much it really took to make your team, but here is what was spent on the transfer market alone for players above 10k salary on each roster:

# of homegrown/drafted players in a team's rotation is the number after the total paid:

Delaware 87ers $1,558,700.00 2

Interesting stuff to me. Let me know if you find I made a mistake in your total. Also I love hearing how people go about constructing their teams since I find it interesting how different people approach it.

Been meaning to reply to this post and got sidetracked. I love the effort here Mediocrity! Excellent analysis!

While only two of my top 10 players were drafted by me, all of them except for Pestana and Fraley were trained by me from scratch. The rest were bought as 18 or 19 yo FA's.

Congrats on getting your revenge. You'll have to give a medal to your guy who took Mrosla out haha. That was a fun week playing 3 times in a row!
